Our prices include delivery to most areas in Australia except for remote areas and onforwarding zones which will incur a surcharge. Please click on the links below to check your postcode.

The best method of freight will depend on your purchase, with consideration given to the product size, weight and destination.

Orders are normally dispatched by courier direct to your nominated delivery address. Please ensure the address is a street address and not a P.O. Box.

The following Post Codes are subject to the isolated Area surcharge so you will need to contact our office for extra freight charges:

Delivery will normally be 2 to 7 working days unless in remote areas. We will advise you via email of dispatch date and consignment note number for tracking of goods.
If for any reason the product you purchased cannot be dispatched within 2 working days we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery time.
Our courier will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you and obtain a signature for proof of delivery. The driver has been instructed to leave the parcel at the front door if no-one home to save you the cost of an extra redelivery fee. In the rare event that an item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock from our store, a staff member will contact you as soon as practically possible, so we can advise of the anticipated delay and the expected delivery date.
